After Divorce, Konkona Teams Up With KRK!

KRK and Konkona Sen Sharma will soon be seen playing themselves on a show on Eros Now, directed by Rohan Sippy. KRK is Kunal Roy Kapur 

The show has not been titled yet although the pilot has been shot and submitted to the studio. The show, on the lines of American show Louis CK, will have the actors play themselves in real life circumstances.

A source from Eros Now reveals that KRK and Konkona are co-writing the show with Rohan. "The idea is to poke fun at oneself," says a source.



"Konkona and Kunal agreed to do that instantly. The money is not all that great but the content that Rohan plans to generate is superb. The actors will be put into realistic situations and will react to them the way they would in their real lives. It's an unexplored concept in India," says a source.

If all goes well, the show will be on floors in a few weeks once Eros Now approves of the pilot episode. Konkona has also assured Rohan that her divorce (from Ranvir Shorey) will not come in the way of the show. "Konkona is doing fine. And she's ready to get back to work. No one has tapped her sense of humour, which in fact will be the highlight of the show," adds the source.
